ECF has a group of folks that are leading ministries home groups or bible studies. Throughout the New Testament there are hints of a group of people that lead without a title of pastor, elder or overseer:
1 Corinthians 16:15-16 – talks of a group that was addicted to the ministry and the church was to submit to them.
