This program is designed for those committed to Christ and for those who would like to learn how to better serve in your community and the globe as a whole. These two months will help you build a foundation that will affect the rest of your life.
TO FILL the students time with the Word of God through theological and practical trainings.
TO HELP each student stabilize their Christ foundation.
TO PREPARE each student to fulfill the Great Commission in their lives; through immersion and transformation by the Holy Spirit.
TO SEND them out into a world equipped and encouraged to share the Gospel with ALL.
La Misión para Niños was established in 1986 to provide care for disabled individuals. Previous students have expressed the feeling of God’s presence just coming through the Mission gates for the first time. The ministry of the Mission is very near to our Father’s Heart (James 1:27).

-The morning starts with worship and communion at the Mission Chapel.
-After breakfast the following 3-4 hours are spent in class.
-After lunch the rest of the day is spent serving the orphans, and free time to spend alone with our Lord.
-In the evenings there will be opportunities for worship training, extra in depth studies and team building exercises.
-Saturdays are Free Days.
-Sunday’s church service is held at the Chapel.

Edgewater Christian Fellowship has teamed up with the ONE77 Foundation to train and equip young adults using the Bible. ONE27 Foundation was created to care for and support the needs of La Misión para Niños (aka The Mission at Carmen Serdan), in Baja California, Mexico. This is an orphanage that cares for disabled “kids” whose ages range from 20 to 50 years old. The disabilities these kids live with consist of various degrees of Autism, Down Syndrome, and severe Cerebral Palsy and others.
